DALAYAN TOUR FROM BODRUM
Join us for a fun full day trip to Dalyan, located between Marmaris and Fethiye, which is one of the most famous areas of Mugla province for its natural and historical richness and to add excitement to your holiday.
Our trip starts in the morning after picking you up from the hotel, heading east towards the city of Fethiye, to the Dalyan River, which is 195 km away from the city of Bodrum. The road takes about 3 hours, including a break at a Turkish café on the way.
We reach our first destination, the therapeutic mud pools and baths there. These mud pools formed from the sulfurous waters in the area are rich in their therapeutic properties for the joints and skin. You can spend some time there and then head to have lunch in a traditional Turkish restaurant. After that, we head to take a comfortable river boat and sail towards Turtle Beach in Izotto Bay. On our way, we will stop at the Kaunos area (the tombs of the kings) carved into the rocky hills surrounding the river that's called King Rock. During this trip, the guide will explain and tell you about the history of this area.
We continue our way to Izotto Bay, we will take a break for free time to swim and relax under the sun, and we may happen to see the Caretta turtles there, as the Bay Area is one of the most famous natural reserves for sea turtles, and after that we will prepare to return to the center of Dalyan town by boat to end our trip after an exciting day mixed with unforgettable memories of the region and transfer you to the hotel in Bodrum.
