SELIMİYE MARMARIS
Located 45 km south of Marmaris city centre, Selimiye is a town with a horseshoe-shaped harbor and an old watchtower that offers a peaceful setting. Luxury yachts make their way to this picturesque town, which is lined with luxury shops and restaurants along the waterfront, but it is still a quiet and relaxing place away from the tourist crowds and hustle and bustle of the big cities.
Selimiye has a clean, soft sandy beach, and there are many different hotels and hostels serving tourists during the summer months. It is also famous for its variety of elegantly designed Greek-style cafés and narrow alley markets selling souvenirs, handicrafts and traditional products.
